At Nevana, we are committed to creating products that empower your daily life with comfort and confidence. Each device is carefully inspected and packaged to meet the highest quality standards.

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not go as planned. That’s why our return policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and respectful of both our customers and product integrity.


1. Return Window – Your Rights

You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your product (in line with EU consumer law).

However, due to the intimate nature of our product, we can only accept returns under strict hygiene conditions (see below).


2. Items Eligible for Return

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • With original packaging, hygiene seal, and accessories fully intact

  • Requested within 30 days of delivery, and shipped back within 7 days of our approval

Any product that does not meet these conditions cannot be accepted for return.


3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or handled beyond inspection

  • Items without intact hygiene seals or original packaging

  • Discounted, bundled, or promotional offers

  • Free gifts or gift cards

These measures are in place to ensure product integrity and protect all customers.


4. How to Start a Return

If you believe your item qualifies for return:

  1. Contact us at support@getnevana.com with your order number and reason for return (photos if applicable).

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

  3. Carefully package your item and ship it back within 7 days of approval.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot be held liable for lost or delayed parcels.


5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).

  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process after we receive the return.


6. Defective or Wrong Item?

If you received a defective or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Our team will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


7. Fair Use Policy

To ensure fairness, we reserve the right to review and limit returns in cases of excessive, repeated, or suspicious return behavior.


8. Governing Law

By shopping at Nevana, you agree to this Returns Policy.
All disputes are governed by Dutch law and handled by courts in the Netherlands.
